Welcome to the 2025 Atlantic Coast Trampoline and Tumbling Invitational here in Greensboro North Carolina. We are so excited to have you and hope that you have an amazing time at this event. I tried to put everything in the meet directives to make this a smooth and fun event for everyone. There are a couple of things that are different this year from previous years-

- Level Changes: Any changes from January 13th to January 24th can be made online at USAG, but there is a $15 charge per change. After January 24th, please stop at the “office” table in the venue to make changes. The fee is $25 per change at the event.
- Open Training- Friday Night- January 25th- Sign up here- This will happen for Level 8+ and we ask you to sign your team up for the time that works best for you. There are 50 spots per time slot. Please check in at the "Meet Office" when you arrive. for your open training. The Open training is scheduled to allow for a 30 min warm-up time, and 60 minute event time, with some overlap.
- Photographer: We will have a photographer onsite who will be doing “action shots” of the trampoline, so please let your parents know.,

Level 9 and above Competition cards will be due at the end of each team’s scheduled training session on Friday. Athlets can not compete unless comp cards have been turned in.
